The prices were very reasonable considering the level of service we received. One of the highlights was having the same tour guide and driver throughout the entire trip. Rob, our tour guide, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Each day, he gave us clear instructions on pickup times, what to bring, and what to expect, which made everything run smoothly. First and foremost, we want to thank our amazing tour guides, Rob and Enrique. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, but they also went above and beyond to ensure our family had the best possible experience. Rob even arranged for us to meet an Andean Shaman for a beautiful and meaningful ceremony at Humantay Lake, which was truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment we will never forget.
We also want to give a special shout-out to our wonderful drivers, Raúl and Vidal. They handled every situation with such care and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. From navigating busy streets to having an oxygen tank ready in the van for the high altitudes, they were always prepared and attentive.
Although Mijail is no longer with Altitude, we want to acknowledge the important role he played at the beginning of our trip. He took the time to video chat with us and carefully booked every detail of our journey. His planning set the tone for a smooth and well-organized experience.
From airport pickups to seamless transfers for all our tours, hotel arrangements, restaurant recommendations, and helpful tips for adjusting to the altitude, every detail was perfectly coordinated. This gave us true peace of mind, allowing us to focus on enjoying the beauty of Peru and making unforgettable memories together as a family.

An incredibly good trip
We took a 5-day tour that was an exceptional blend of adventure and culture, featuring highlights such as the city of Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Humantay Lagoon, and Rainbow Mountain. Every part of the trip was punctual, from the airport pickup to the early morning pick-ups each day. The vehicle was always comfortable and spotless. The carefully planned itinerary by Adrián offered breathtaking scenery, rich history, and authentic experiences. Every moment was unforgettable.
Our guide, Manolo, and the driver, Juan, were so friendly and engaging that after a few hours with them, we felt like we were touring with friends. Juan, a fantastic driver, went out of his way to ensure our comfort.
Manolo is so knowledgeable about Peru and Inca history that people outside our group overheard his lectures. He didn’t rush us, allowed us to take as many photos as we wanted, and explained the history of each place we visited.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience!
What an incredible experience! From beginning to end, it was amazing. When dealing with Adrián and putting together our itinerary, we knew we were in good hands. Ernesto, our tour guide, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and shared his extensive knowledge of Inca culture with us. We did the 4-day Inca Trail and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He was perfect! Our chef, Pedro, is undoubtedly an amazing chef. Kudos to him for every meal he created for us. Everything was delicious. Now, the porters – Anisetto and his team – deserve the utmost respect. They carried all our belongings and took great care in settling us in each day. They greeted us every morning with hot tea and treated us like family.
Regarding the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu – the scenery was incredible. Being able to hike through the Andes Mountains was magical. What great memories! Thank you, Altitude, for making this dream trip possible… and flawless! The best experience ever! Thank you!
