Day 2 : Huacachina Oasis, Dune Buggies and Sandboarding

Day 7 : Sun Route to Puno
Today’s Highlight: Travel along the legendary Sun Route from Cusco to Puno, discovering Andean culture and landscapes along the way.
This morning, you’ll be transferred to the bus station to begin your scenic 10-hour journey from Cusco to Puno along the famous Sun Route. Enjoy guided stops at key cultural and natural highlights, including the Pukara Museum, La Raya Pass, the highest point of the route with sweeping Andean views, and the impressive Raqchi Archaeological Complex, home to the Temple of Wiracocha. Lunch is served at a local restaurant en route.
Your final stop is the beautifully decorated Andahuaylillas Chapel, often referred to as the “Sistine Chapel of America.” In the late afternoon, arrive in Puno, where our team will meet you and transfer you to your accommodation.
